Southworth sells paper that they specifically brand as "resume paper" but I prefer the business paper just because of the look and feel. You'll do fine with the resume paper, but aim for 32 lb if you can. It's too grainy and a bit to "showy" for me.

It is also experienced that linen paper on its top has textured lines which provide a formal look.
